What is Steered.AI?

Steered.AI builds AI agents that start from an industry-trained foundation and are then steered to each client’s company context, voice, and workflows.

Do you provide one shared chatbot for everyone?

No. Each client receives an agent that is optimized and steered to their business. The goal is consistent, employee-like behavior aligned to your standards.

How does token billing work?

Work is priced in tokens based on the agent mode you choose and the job scope. Token usage is quoted before execution and summarized in a weekly invoice.

Can the agent run marketing campaigns automatically?

The Marketing Autopilot mode is built to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns. Execution depends on the integrations and approval settings you enable during onboarding.

Can the agent handle email, meetings, and calls?

Yes. The Executive Secretary and Customer Desk modes support email workflows, meeting preparation, notes, follow-ups, and phone answering workflows through supported integrations.

How do you keep the agent aligned to my company?

We steer it using your approved knowledge, policies, and voice. Over time, the agent improves as more context, templates, and playbooks are approved.

Which industries are available?

Disability, Construction, and Logistics are available. Textile, Tourism, and Agriculture and Agri-food are in development.
