Terms of Service

Steered.AI provides AI automation software and industry portals that can generate content, drafts, and workflow outputs. Some capabilities require integrations and configuration. You are responsible for how you use outputs and for maintaining appropriate review and approval processes.

Accounts may be provisioned by Steered.AI or by authorized client administrators. There is no public self-registration. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Usage is billed in tokens based on the selected agent mode and job scope. Where available, token usage is quoted prior to execution. Weekly invoices summarize token usage, work completed, and delivered outputs. Payment terms are specified on invoices or in partner agreements.

You must not use the services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass security controls. You must not upload or request content that infringes third-party rights.

You may provide business context and materials to steer your agent. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions to provide that information. Where integrations are enabled, you control access scopes and approval settings.

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Steered.AI does not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. You should verify outputs before using them in production decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steered.AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the services.

We may update the services and these terms over time. We may suspend or terminate access for security reasons, policy violations, or non-payment. You may stop using the services at any time.
